The Garv found this intriguing video of Gina Carano and Kim Couture trining their grappling and BJJ. It is rare to see footage of two of the most famous female mixed martial artists training like this. There is no doubt that training at Xtreme Couture will make both these ladies better fighters. Hopefully that translates to better action in the cage.
