Ok, I have to admit, some people are much smarter than me and have much more resources. I should have thought of this. What a brilliant idea to have to smoking hot girls (The Bodog Fight Girls), learning Arm Bar from Guard on the beach in Bikinis. The intent is to demonstrate a MMA technique that is commonly used. However when you have two beautiful girls that don’t know what they are doing, in bikinis on the beach, trying to instruct a MMA technique, what do you get? You get two hot, half naked chicks rolling around on the beach together getting wet together….Duh. Checkout one of the best MMA instructional clips I have seen.
