In a room full of expensive weight training equipment, the legendary Randy Couture chooses a simple barbell, with 25 lbs on each side, for his workout. In this video, Randy explains that there is a difference between beefing up and getting in fighter shape. He explains that being buff and being tough are two different things and walks us through a Randy Couture weight training session.
